Located 300 meters above sea level and on a terraced terrain with steep slopes, the villa consists of 4 housing building. The two main units are characterized by white cement roofing, staggered between them and each supported by four columns of reinforced concrete with the joint support of bronze inverted cone. The set is intersected by a lava stone stairway that serves as a link between the two spaces.
The large window of the main façade allows a spatial continuity between inside and outside.
The interiors are separated by diaphragms allow for partial ventilation.
